FAQ
Common questions about the course
Cannot find your answer? Our admissions team will gladly help.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Feed Foundations starts from the basics. The Broadcast Operator programme assumes you are comfortable with computers and curious about how live television works.
What equipment will I use?
You will work with broadcast cameras, tripods and support rigs, routing and monitoring equipment, and the software used to deliver feeds to news programmes.
How big are the cohorts?
We keep cohorts to a maximum of eight learners so everyone gets time on the equipment and direct feedback from the instructor.
Can my newsroom book a private cohort?
Yes. The Newsroom Programme is built around your own workflow and can be delivered on site or remotely. Contact us for a proposal.
How do I enrol?
Send an enquiry through the contacts page. Our admissions team will confirm available dates, answer your questions and guide you through the next steps.
